A personalized homepage redesign direction or concept for your business, created at no cost so you can evaluate our approach and quality before deciding whether to move forward.
Is the preview a complete website?
No. It’s a design concept, typically a homepage direction, not a fully built, launch-ready website. We’ll explain next steps if you’d like to continue.
Is there an obligation to continue after the preview?
No. The free preview carries no obligation and no cost. It exists purely so you can see the direction before committing to anything.
How much does a website cost?
Every project is quoted based on its specific requirements: pages, design complexity, content, and any booking, quoting or SEO scope. After a free consultation, we provide a transparent, fixed quote with no hidden fees.
How long does a website take?
Timelines depend on scope, number of pages, and custom functionality. A precise timeline is provided after the discovery phase for your specific project.
Can you redesign my current website?
Yes. We specialize in transforming outdated, slow, or confusing websites into modern, high-converting experiences while preserving your existing business information and SEO equity.
Can I keep my current domain?
Yes, in most cases. We can work with your existing domain, or help you set one up if you don’t already have one, the details are confirmed during the project.
Who owns the final website?
Ownership terms are set out in your project agreement. Generally, once a project is paid in full, ownership of the delivered site transfers to you as specified in that agreement.
Does QVO provide hosting?
We offer ongoing maintenance and support plans that can include hosting management, updates, security monitoring and performance optimization. Hosting details are confirmed per project.
Does QVO write website content?
This depends on the project scope. We can work with content you provide, help refine it, or discuss copywriting support as part of your quote.
Does QVO provide SEO?
Yes. Every site is built with strong SEO foundations: clean structure, fast load times, and semantic markup. We don’t guarantee specific rankings, since search results depend on many factors outside any agency’s control.
Can QVO build booking systems?
Yes. Appointment booking, time-slot selection, and quote-request forms can be built as part of a project, scoped to what your business needs.
Can QVO connect Stripe?
Yes, Stripe can be integrated for paid bookings or online payments where scoped. QVO does not hold or process client funds directly, payments flow through Stripe to your own account.
Can QVO create quote forms?
Yes. Multi-step quote-request forms with service selectors are available as part of a lead-generation or booking system build.
Does QVO provide maintenance?
Yes, ongoing maintenance and support plans are available after launch. Scope and terms are agreed per client.
How are revisions handled?
Revisions are reviewed together during the Refine stage of the process. Specific revision terms depend on your project agreement.
What happens after launch?
We test the site, connect the domain, and publish it. From there, agreed post-launch support and future improvements continue as outlined in your plan.
Does QVO work with businesses remotely?
Yes. Projects are run remotely by default, so location generally isn’t a barrier to working together, reach out to confirm details for your specific project.
