What these plans do not cover.

On the page rather than in an agreement, because finding this out in month four is worse than reading it now.

Unused monthly hours do not roll over.
Domain renewals, premium integrations and third-party services are billed separately.
New applications, booking systems, e-commerce features and major redesigns are quoted separately.
Advertising management and advertising spend are not included.
Optimization includes testing recommendations. We do not guarantee specific revenue or Google rankings.
The Quality plan is required only while the website is hosted and managed by QVO.
Work beyond the included time is billed at $125 per hour, or quoted separately.
